A San Francisco historical landmark restaurant, Bruno's offers great food, exciting cocktails and live music in a classic, retro lounge setting like no other in the City. Nationally acclaimed chef Randy Lewis (Food and Wine magazine declared him one of America's 10 Best New Chefs), heads the kitchen while Bruce McDonald (who's also the co-owner of Foreign Cinema) heads the front of house. The menu at Bruno's is Southern small plates, reflecting Lewis' roots in New Orleans. Featured dishes include Crispy Smoked Catfish Sticks, Liberty Farms Duck & Dumplings, and Cheddar Biscuit Mini Burgers. Bruno's famous cocktail list includes signature drinks like the Cucumber Gimlet and the Sazerac–a traditional Southern cocktail. Distinctive features of Bruno's interior include large booths, mid-Century lighting and fixtures, and a stunning 500 gallon fish tank. Customers are welcome to reserve the Green Room upstairs, Bruno's award-winning VIP lounge with complete bar and sound system. There are live musical performances nightly in the music room, which was voted one of the 100 best in the world by Downbeat Magazine.
